Tuesday (5/3) Widyatama University Career Center cooperated with PT. Matahari Dept. Store had organized Campus Recruitment (event) for supervisor positions held in Seminar Room, A building, 4th floor at Widyatama University. For around 129 people, who were dominated by Widyatama University alumni as many as 90 people and alumni from other universities, run a series of tests, psycho-test and interview. This Campus Recruitment was attended by the HRD team of PT. Matahari Dept. Store Karawaci and West Java Regional.
Widyatama University Career Center is officially conducted by Widyatama Faculty of Management Lecturer, Mr. Pipin Sukandi, S.E., M.M. He said “this event held by the collaboration that has been established since 2014 between Widyatama University Career Center and PT. Matahari Dept. Store of Karawaci Head Office . Thus the collaboration was not limited to the MoU but also implemented one of them through Campus Recruitment activities.
Widyatama University concerns about the sustainability of graduates dealing with the integrity of them in the business world and the industrial world. This is proven by the serious effort in handling alumni after finishing their education at Widyatama University. Managerial system of the Widyatama University Career Center that is run seriously and professionally makes graduates qualified. This is reflected in the activities carried out by the Career Center including collaborating with companies both private and government in order to find out what is needed by the business and industry (DUDI) today in addition to bridging graduates in obtaining employment or entrepreneurship.
In addition to organize a campus recruitment event, the Career Center also conducts routine Job Fair activities where visitors are not only from Widyatama University but also it is intended to the public. In the career development section of the Widyatama University career center, all students or alumni can attend the training held by the career center.
