How to Get to Bandung?

It is quite easy to get to Bandung. In addition to being able to enjoy the scenic view along the way, the journey is supported with different modes of transportation.

  1. By air

The quickest way to Bandung is using a plane to the Husein Sastranegara Airport (BDO) located at Jalan Padjadjaran No. 156 Bandung. From there, online hails such as Grab or Gojek or the Bluebird Taxi will be the quickest and most convenient way to get to campus, which is located approximately 8 kilometers away.

  1. By Train

The Central Train Station in Bandung is located near the heart of the city (Stasium Kereta Api Bandung) or closer to campus (Kiara Condong Station). It boasts the opportunity for the passengers to be mesmerized by the beautiful views of the areas between Jakarta and Bandung.

Green hills, paddy fields and other natural treats are often considered as the major attraction for using the train to Bandung. There are different classes offered with different rates, starting from economy to executive class to choose from. Again, the online hail system will provide a convenient way to get to campus after the trip on the train.

  1. Bus dan Shuttle

For other overland transport, there are buses and shuttle buses to available. The nearest bus terminal is located which is called the Cicaheum Bus terminal is not far from the campus area (2 km).

However, it is designated for inter-province routes from the east (Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Pangandaran, Garut, etc). Another bus station called the Leuwipanjang Terminal is for buses from The greater area of Jakarta and Sumatra.

As for shuttle buses, they have their individual terminals spread around the city (some are separate even if they are from the same provider) so make sure to ask the front desk which part of the city the shuttle ends its route. Recommended providers include X-Trans, Day Trans and City Trans. From their mini terminals, the online hailing system is readily available to get you to campus.
