Widyatama University held an event to promote the values of l’Arc d’Academia and Friendly Campus for Future Business Pro as part of strengthening the institution’s identity, values, and strategic direction. This event was held on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time, at the Seminar Room on the 6th floor of Building B, Widyatama University.
The socialization event featured Drs. H. Lili Irahali, M.M., B.A. as the main speaker. The event was attended by the leadership of the Widyatama Foundation and the leadership of Widyatama University, as a form of joint commitment to maintaining and internalizing the university’s noble values.
In his presentation, Drs. H. Lili Irahali explained that l’Arc d’Academia is a symbol and foundation of academic integrity that affirms higher education as an accumulation of knowledge that is dignified, ethical, and socially responsible. This concept is the philosophical gateway to the formation of academics who are knowledgeable, have character, and are able to make a real contribution to society.

Meanwhile, Friendly Campus for Future Business Pro is interpreted as Widyatama University’s strategic direction in building a friendly, adaptive, and future-oriented campus ecosystem. This concept emphasizes the development of professional graduates who are not only competent in science and practice, but also ethical, entrepreneurial, and based on the values of sustainability and humanity.
These two concepts complement each other as Widyatama University’s moral promise in realizing a Global Academic University with two cores of excellence, namely Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Entrepreneurship. The values of DJITU (Discipline, Honesty, Innovation, Perseverance, and Resilience) form the foundation of character that continues to be internalized in campus management, academics, and culture.
Through this outreach activity, Widyatama University reaffirms its commitment to not only provide higher education but also fulfill its moral responsibility in shaping graduates who are character-driven, globally competitive, and contribute to civilization.
