Wednesday (7/3) Widyatama University (UTama) had received a return visit from BPI 1 High School in Bandung City. This event was held at GSG Widyatama (auditorium). SMA BPI 1 (high school) students majoring in Science and Social Sciences attended the Widyatama University visitation event.
“This is an annual event between Widyatama University and SMA BPI 1 and for this year’s event it is quite different from the usual tryout event because the current year visitation event packs this event with an event full of entertainment but still contains education for students” added Ms. Ruth Sita S.Pd (Vice of Curriculum Deputy of SMA BPI 1)
Marketing Bureau Mainly packed a new look of visitation to be more entertaining and interesting. Where usually campus visitation events hold SBMPTN tryout and simulation events, at this time the Marketing Bureau packed it with a motivational seminar by a motivator who was one of the lecturers from Widyatama University, he was Pipin Sukandi, SE, MM, CH., CHt., CI., CEFT ., CT., CMNNLP. This motivational seminar program was expected to motivate high school students to be more confident and brave in facing the future.
“The program is interesting, exciting, and the material delivered is easy to understand so we are interested in becoming one of the Widyatama students. For future events, it will be extended more for entertainment time, “said Ilma (IPA 7 SMA BPI 1)
In addition to motivational seminars, entertainment programs such as games, performance performances from BPI 1 High School and performances from Vocal Group, which was a talent from Widyatama University, enlivened the visitation event. So this made students did not feel bored at the event. Around Widyatama University and a joint photo session were the highlight of the 2018 Visitation event. It was hoped that this event would become an event for students to get to know the campus atmosphere, especially the Widyatama University campus.
