The atmosphere of Eid Al-Fitr 1443 H is still very much felt today, including the Widyatama Foundation and University which held halal bihalal on Monday, May 9, 2022 while maintaining health protocols. The gathering was attended by the entire Widyatama family, starting from the leadership elements of the Foundation, the Rector with all faculties and study programs, the Council of Professors, and all lecturers and employees from various activity units.

Taking place at the GSG of Widyatama University, the event was solemn and full of warmth.
The event started at 09.00 WIB, and opened with the chanting of the Holy Qur’an and Saritilawah, followed by remarks from the Chairperson of the Widyatama Foundation Management, Roeshartono, S.T., MCEM., MBA.

“On this occasion, I would like to wish you a Happy Eid Al-Fitr, Taqabbalallahu minna wa minkum, Alhamdulillah, the friendship at this time is still in a state of the Covid-19 pandemic, but this year there has been leeway for which we can be grateful, today we can gather at This building is in the context of friendship”.

Roeshartono also invited all elements of the leadership to maintain a smart culture.

“Not only intelligent culture in the way of thinking but also intelligent in viewing and filtering relevant information in organizational relations and higher education services,” said the grandson of the founder of the Widyatama Foundation, the late Prof. Dr. Koesbandiah Abdoel Kadir.

He was also reminded that the intelligent way of thinking must exist in the entire Widyatama family, especially the leadership elements in all units and across units, work units, and activity units under the Widyatama Foundation.

As the organizer of a private higher education institution that has been predicated on Superior accreditation, Roeshartono also invites all his staff to continue to develop servant leadership.

“Lecturers should never be bored and bored in terms of serving the interests of the students they teach. Lecturers need to develop creativity, especially in this digital era,” he said.

“Dear Sir and Madam, I am very grateful and happy, I have been waiting for this halal bihalal since 5 am because today we can gather to meet face-to-face, this long-awaited halal bihalal has become a “biting” moment, there is a longing to meet and a feeling of being one, and gratitude for all of us to be able to meet again with the elders in this Widyatama environment”.

Sri Juniati also did not forget to remind each other to have good relations with others, especially within the Widyatama Foundation and University.
