Bandung – Djarum Company (PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga) held a recruitment process on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, which was attended by 146 candidates consisting of Widyatama University graduates and external parties. The qualifications sought include perseverance, a drive to continuously improve, teamwork, integrity, and professionalism—values that are also embodied by graduates of Widyatama University.
The HRD team at PT Djarum is looking to fill several positions at the company, one of which is a promoter. In addition to the recruitment process at Widyatama, PT Djarum also collaborates with Widyatama University in developing active students through the Djarum Scholarship program, which includes programs such as soft skills training. To develop its human resources graduates, Widyatama University consistently collaborates with several national and multinational companies, which is why the waiting period for Widyatama graduates is not very long after completing their studies.
