Apart from accreditation, the achievement of quality indicators for the Master of Management Study Program, such as research quality, education quality, number of publications, and intellectual property rights, is still far behind compared to other countries.
Facing these challenges, the Directorate of Quality Assurance, Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa), Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti)
Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti) organized a Grant Program for Quality Improvement of Postgraduate Study Programs, with the hope that through this Grant Program, it would encourage universities to improve the quality of higher education and the quality of graduates of Postgraduate Study Programs.

After careful consideration and deliberation, the Master of Management Study Program at Widyatama University was appointed by Padjadjaran University as one of the partners in the implementation of the Postgraduate Study Program Quality Improvement Grant Program.
The involvement of the Master of Management Study Program at Universitas Widyatama in this grant program is expected to boost Universitas Widyatama’s accreditation and ranking in the Higher Education Ranking.

The implementation of the Postgraduate Program Quality Improvement Grant Program began with a workshop on the theme of “Improving Scientific Writing and Publication Capacity” on Friday, August 9th, 2019, held at Prime Park Hotel Bandung, which was also attended by representatives from Galuh University, Pakuan University, Ibnu Khaldun University Bogor, and STIE Indonesia Banking School, which were also appointed as partners in the implementation of the grant.
Prior to the workshop, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the universities, with the Master of Management Program represented by the Director of the Graduate School of Widyatama University, Prof. Dr. Mohd. Haizam Bin Mohd. Saudi.
