On Thursday (March 21), PT. Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk. (WOM Finance) collaborated with the Widyatama University Career Center to hold a campus recruitment event at Widyatama University, which was attended by 71 candidates consisting of graduates from Widyatama University and other external universities. The position offered was Management Trainee, with the following qualifications sought: interest in finance, a passion for continuous improvement, strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), good leadership abilities, teamwork, integrity, and professionalism, which are values shared by Widyatama University graduates.
Recruitment began at 9:00 a.m. in the seminar room on the 4th floor of Building A. It was conducted in several stages, starting with a psychological test followed by an interview. During the first stage of testing, HRD WOM Finance inserted a brief presentation about the company by Mr. Yoki Anggadita (Human Capital Area Manager, West Java).
