Widyatama University is very concerned about this issue. This is evidenced by the separation of the Placement Office from the Marketing Bureau into a separate bureau, namely the Career Center. This is intended to enable a greater focus on assisting and serving graduates in carving out successful careers in the future in line with their educational competencies. The serious and professional management of the Widyatama University Career Center enables qualified graduates to obtain jobs in line with their competencies and the needs of industry and the world of work. This is reflected in the activities carried out by the career center, including establishing cooperation with many well-known companies, both private and government, to bridge graduates in obtaining jobs and finding out what human resource competencies are needed by the business world and industry (DUDI). In addition to helping its graduates find decent jobs with clear career paths, the Career Center also strives to equip Widyatama University graduates to become successful entrepreneurs. Apart from organizing company relations activities through Gathering events, the Widyatama Career Center actively holds regular Job Fairs, which are attended not only by Widyatama University graduates.
