Workshop on Preparing DIKTI Grant Research Proposals

On Friday (29/1), the Widyatama University (UTama) Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M) held a workshop on preparing DIKTI grant research proposals, which was attended by all UTama permanent lecturers in the seminar room on the 4th floor of Building A. At exactly 9:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time, the meeting was opened and initiated by the Head of LP2M, Yudha Prambudia, MSc., Ph.D., for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating the research grant scheme and the deadline for submitting research grant proposals (DIKTI, LPDP).

This step was taken to better prepare lecturers in preparing their respective draft proposals to be submitted to DIKTI in February. Responding quickly to opportunities for research grants funded by DIKTI or LPDP is done to enrich lecturers and their competencies in higher education in order to educate the nation. The activity of reviewing and revising proposals, followed by a discussion session, lasted approximately two hours. Input and sharing of information and experiences from senior lecturers also added value to this meeting. The next step will involve a progress report program from lecturers on their respective research proposals that passed the university’s research funding selection process in October 2015.
