The Japanese language study program at Widyatama University held the “Widyatama Japan Masturi 2013” on Saturday (23/2) at the Multipurpose Building, which was filled with various competitions including Noken, Shuji, Speech, and Monogatari Contests. The event, which will be attended by participants from various high schools and vocational schools in Bandung, is an annual activity that is routinely held to provide knowledge of Japanese culture among students.

Japan is one of the developed countries in Asia that offers many educational scholarships for students who wish to pursue further studies. It is hoped that this event will increase students’ interest in learning about the Japanese language and culture, and that participants will gain sufficient information about the world of education in Japan through lecturers from the Japanese Language Study Program.***
