Widyatama Foundation’s 41st Anniversary Celebration

On Friday (January 3), the Widyatama Foundation held its forty-first anniversary celebration. The seminar room on the 6th floor of Building B was the venue for this celebration, which was attended by the Chair of the Widyatama Foundation Advisory Board, Mrs. Sri Lestari, S.H., Notary, along with her staff, and the Rector of Widyatama University, Dr. Mame S. Sutoko, Ir., DEA, along with his staff. The celebration began at 9:30 a.m. and proceeded solemnly. At this event, all leaders of the Foundation and University wished everyone a Happy New Year 2014 with the hope that the future would be better than previous years.

The first slice of the tumpeng (cone-shaped rice dish) was cut by Mrs. Sri Lestari, S.H., as Chair of the Foundation’s Supervisory Board, and given to Dr. Mame S. Sutoko, Ir., DEA, as Rector of Widyatama University. The celebration was closed with a prayer led by Mr. Agoestiana Budiprasetya, S.E., M.M., who prayed for the health of Mrs. Tyas (member of the Widyatama Foundation Supervisory Board). To foster togetherness and camaraderie, the guests enjoyed a tumpeng rice feast prepared by the committee.
