On Thursday (16/1), the Postgraduate Program of Widyatama University held a public lecture for students of the Master of Accounting and PPAk programs with the theme “Indonesia: Recent Economic Development & Future Challenges” with Dr (HC) Ir. Burhanuddin Abdullah, MA as the speaker, who currently serves as Rector of IKOPIN and Governor of BI for the 2003-2008 period.
The public lecture took place in the seminar room on the 6th floor of Building B and lasted for approximately two hours. It was attended by the Rector of Widyatama University, Dr. Mame S. Sutoko, Ir., DEA, and his staff. The public lecture began at 7:00 p.m. and was filled with questions from the audience, which consisted of students and lecturers from the Master of Accounting Graduate Program at Widyatama University. This momentum was truly utilized to share knowledge and insights about the world of banking and monetary affairs in Indonesia. Time flew by quickly and the event had to be closed at 10:00 p.m. Western Indonesian Time, marked by the presentation of souvenirs by the Rector of Widyatama University to Mr. Burhanuddin and ended with a group photo session.
