The Widyatama University Library received a visit from the library team of the Indonesian Christian University (UKI) Jakarta on Wednesday (May 26), which was immediately welcomed by the Head of the Widyatama University Library (UTama), Dedy Permana. This time, the UKI library team, led by Rondang Damanik, examined the automation system, collection processing, and digital library of the UTama Library, which has been in operation for the past five years. Currently, the UTama library has a collection of approximately 11,000 book titles neatly arranged in a three-story building called Pustakaloka Widyatama, consisting of textbooks, magazines, newspapers, encyclopedias, and popular knowledge books. To assist and provide information needs for UTama students, the UTama library also provides electronic journals that can be downloaded from a website managed directly by UTama Library staff. Recently, the UTama Library also welcomed guests from the libraries of Udayana University Bali, Indonesia University of Education, Nurtanio University Bandung, and STIKES Jenderal Ahmad Yani Bandung for benchmarking related to the information system for processing library materials.
