The Widyatama Foundation and University must be able to open their eyes and minds in reorganizing their plans and work programs in order to face the trend of major changes in the future, said the Chair of the Widyatama Foundation Management Board, Sri Lestari A. Roespinoedji, in Bandung on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
In front of all elements of the leadership of the foundation and Widyatama University on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the Widyatama Foundation, Sri Lestari reemphasized the importance of enhancing cooperation among all levels of the organization regardless of seniority and fostering improvements in work ethic to achieve more efficient and effective goals in contributing to the intellectual advancement of the nation.

In a press release received by the online editorial team of “PR” on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, he also expressed his joy and gratitude as the chairman of the foundation for the success of Widyatama University in improving the quality of higher education institutions at the international level, especially the quality of lecturers and researchers through the holding of an international conference in Kuala Lumpur in November 2018.
According to Sri, the collaboration between Widyatama University and the International University of Malaya-Wales (IUMW) in organizing the international conference has succeeded in placing 48 scientific papers written by Widyatama lecturers and published in Scopus-indexed international journals. “Three Widyatama lecturers who participated in the international conference even won the best paper award. This is truly a source of pride for us,” she added.
