The Member Get Member (MGM) program is a special program for Widyatama employees, including teaching and educational staff, sourcing employees, students, and alumni of Widyatama University, excluding officials or staff/employees in the Marketing Directorate, who refer/recommend high school/vocational school/Islamic high school students and their equivalents to join or register as new students at Widyatama University.
The New Student Admission Program applies to all Study Programs at Widyatama University and the specified channels, and DOES NOT APPLY to new students from Transfer Programs and Transfer Students.
Widyatama employees, both teaching and educational staff, outsourced employees, students, and alumni of Widyatama University who wish to participate in this Member Get Member Program are REQUIRED TO:
- Register with the Marketing Directorate as a MEMBER by filling out the Member Get Member Form.
- Attach a copy of their Employee ID Card or Student ID Card (KTM) or National ID Number (NIK) or Diploma or other identification.
- Accompany prospective students through the registration and payment process.
Each MEMBER will receive appreciation for each student who is recommended and declared PASSED/ACCEPTED as a new student at Widyatama University and completes the EDUCATION FEE PAYMENT REGISTRATION, with the following conditions:
- The recommended student is not the biological/stepchild of the MEMBER
- MEMBERS must accompany students through the tuition payment process and, to ensure that the tuition payment process has been completed, MEMBERS must submit a report to the Marketing Directorate;
- Appreciation is given in the form of money with the following amounts and conditions:
- The number of students accepted as new students is 1 to 10 students, with an appreciation of IDR 250,000/student
- Furthermore, for students accepted from the 11th onwards, appreciation is given in the amount of IDR 400,000 per student.
- Appreciation is given no later than 1 month after the New Student Admission process is closed.
- All administrative costs and taxes related to the distribution of the Member Get Member New Student Admission Program Appreciation are covered by the MEMBER
