To support the research references of lecturers and students at Widyatama University, the Widyatama Library unit held an e-Journal training session on Tuesday and Wednesday (November 8-9) in the Laboratory Room on the 4th floor of Building B (B.403).
To support the research references of Widyatama University lecturers and students, the Widyatama Library unit held training on the use of electronic journals (e-journals) on Tuesday-Wednesday (8-9/11) in the Laboratory Room on the 4th floor of Building B (B.403). Featuring speakers from Ebsco and Gale Learning, international educational sites that provide databases, journals, and articles in the fields of economics and accounting, this training will explore how to access and navigate various data, articles, or journals as supporting materials for research by Widyatama lecturers and students.
This training is expected to make it easier for lecturers and students to find supporting data for their research. Thousands of articles and journals can be easily accessed in a short time without having to go through stacks of paper as is usually done in conventional libraries. “We facilitate lecturers, in particular, to make it easier for them to conduct research,” said Dedy Permana, Coordinator of this training activity. Registration is open until Monday (October 31) at 2:00 PM by contacting the library section at the Pustakaloka Building, he added.
