The development of the education system is increasing. The internet is a public network whose existence is indispensable both as a medium of information and free communication. One of the uses of the internet is the distance learning system through electronic learning or better known as E-Learning.
One of them is Widyatama University, which is considered by several campuses in Bandung for the implementation of E-learning system, therefore Widyatama University lecturers were invited by STIA Bandung to be the key speakers at the e-learning workshop for lecturers at STIA Bandung.
Presented as the speakers were Dr. Ervina CM Simatupang (English Study Program) and Eka Angga Laksana, S.Kom, M.Kom (Informatics Engineering Study Program). They both are the lecturers at Widyatama University. They explained that E-learning was a learning system that could help learning activities by utilizing electronic media and also gave flexibility to distance learning, this understanding focused on the understanding of e-learning in learning systems that utilized the use of electronic media.
