The ongoing global crisis and recent severe weather conditions have had a direct impact on transportation and shipping costs. For freight companies and companies engaged in delivery services, efficiency in transportation has become extremely important. The Gathering event, which is held periodically by LOGIC, is a medium for academics and practitioners in the field of logistics and supply chain to share knowledge and experiences in a more informal setting while building and fostering business networks in the field of logistics and supply chain. Approximately 75 members of the Indonesian Logistics Association (ALI) and the Indonesian Production and Operations Management Society (IPOMS), consisting of practitioners, academics, and logistics observers, attended the event. The participants came from several large companies, including PT Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia, PT Kraft Indonesia, PT Kereta Api Indonesia, PT Pertamina (Persero), and others.
