The D3 Management, S1 Management, D3 Accounting, and S1 Accounting Study Programs at Widyatama University (UTama) held an International General Lecturer event by inviting two speakers from two multinational companies, namely Global Peace Foundation (GPF) and PT. Grab Teknologi.
The public lecture took place on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at the Widyatama University Seminar Room, Building A, 4th Floor. This public lecture was held in a hybrid format with 304 offline participants and 182 online participants, for a total of 486 students.
Prior to the International General Lecturer, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the partners and Widyatama University, as well as a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between the partners and the Faculty of Economics and Business, UTama. It is hoped that with the MoU and MoA, Widyatama University and its partners can collaborate in the development of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education).

International General Lecturer began at 09:30 WIB with an opening by the MC, a student from the D3 Management and S1 Management (Bilingual) Study Programs. The event began with a speech from the Chair of the Global Peace Foundation (GPF), Dr. Dra. Fennieka Kristianto, SH., M.A., M.Kn, followed by Prof. Dr. H. Dadang Suganda, M.Hum, Rector of Widyatama University.

The event was opened by Dr. H. Nuryaman, S.E. M.Si., Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, at 10:15 a.m. Western Indonesian Time, which entered the main event of the presentation of material by the guest speaker Mawaddi Lubby, Partner Engagement West Territory from PT.Grab Teknologi with the theme Creative Thinking, Enhancing Your Capability in the Digital Era, guided by Oliver Hasan, S.E., M.Sc, lecturer in Management S1 as Moderator.
The first session lasted for 60 minutes and was followed by a question and answer session. This was followed by a second presentation with the theme “Moral and Innovative Leadership for SDGs,” which began at 11:30 a.m. Western Indonesian Time with Ms. Sharleen Tomobe, Program Development Coordinator, International Office of Global Peace Foundation, located in Japan, as the guest speaker.
The International General Lecturer event was conducted in a hybrid format to facilitate speakers and participants who were outside the Widyatama University environment. Before the event ended, a game session and prize distribution were held for participants involved in the International General Lecturer. The series of events concluded at 12:30 p.m. with a group photo session.
