On Friday (August 3), Djarum Group (PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga) once again conducted an employee selection process at the Senimar Room, Building A, 4th Floor, Widyatama University. The selection was attended by dozens of candidates consisting of Widyatama University graduates and external parties. The excellent cooperation between the Widyatama University Career Center and PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga has made this selection process an annual event held at Widyatama.
Currently, PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga is looking for candidates who possess the values of perseverance, enthusiasm to continue advancing, teamwork, integrity, and professionalism, which are values shared by Widyatama University graduates.

The HRD team from the Djarum Group was looking to fill several positions in the company, one of which was as a promoter. In addition to the recruitment process at Widyatama, PT Djarum also continues to collaborate with Widyatama University in developing active students through the Djarum Scholarship program, which includes a program to hone soft skills.
