Various methods are used to introduce the student activity units (SMEs) at Widyatama. In addition to the orientation period for new students, each SME is allowed to open an exhibition booth at the Main SME Expo organized by the Student Government (Pema).

In addition to serving as a promotional tool, it is hoped that new students can get to know the UKM to spark their interest in being creative through the platforms available on campus. This is considered important for building soft skills such as communication and leadership skills, as well as providing a platform for students’ creativity in activities outside of lectures.
