On Tuesday (May 22nd 2017), the Bandung School of Pharmacy (STFB) conducted a benchmarking visit to Universitas Widyatama (UTama). The purpose of the visit was to develop and improve the quality of education in the realm of the Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education). Several STFB officials were present at the visit, including Prof. Yudi Padmadisastra, M.Sc., PhD as Chair of the STFB Senate, Winasih, M.Si as Head of the Career Development Center, Arir Suhardiman and Linata Anggraeni as staff members of the Career Development Center, and Rizki Siti as Deputy Chair of the Career Development Center.
Prof. Yudi conveyed the purpose and objectives of the STFB delegation’s visit to UTama to conduct a comparison of research management focused on several activities in the academic field, human resource management, research, and more specifically, career center management at UTama. Held in the Rector’s Meeting Room in Building A, the delegation was welcomed by the Rector of Universitas Widyatama, Dr. H. Islahuzzaman, SE., M.Si., Ak., CA, with the mediation of the Head of the Universitas Widyatama Career Center, Pipin Sukandi, S.E., M.M., and his staff. Also present were the Dean and Vice Dean of Universitas Widyatama.
With this comparative study, it is hoped that both parties can develop and improve the quality of the Foundation as a higher education administrator. At the end of the meeting, the two institutions exchanged souvenirs and took a group photo.
