Enhancing Cooperation, Woori Saudara Bank Holds Recruitment at UTama

The Gathering event organized by the company, which brought together final year students and companies yesterday, resulted in many benefits for both the students and the companies themselves. Many companies have signed MoUs (Memoranda of Understanding) and established ongoing partnerships with Widyatama University.

One of the companies that has been working with UTama for a long time is PT.Bank Woori Saudara. The Career Center, led by Mr. Pipin Sukandi, S.E., M.M., received an offer from a large company to collaborate on campus hiring. “UTama was chosen as the homebase for recruitment because UTama has had a long-standing partnership with us, even before our merger (Bank Saudara). Many graduates from this university have contributed greatly to our organization,” added Mr. Niko, Head of Recruitment at PT. Bank Woori Saudara.

The plan from the results of this recruitment will be distributed throughout Indonesia and produce up to 60 graduates. From the enthusiasm shown, there were hundreds of Widyatama alumni and alumni from other universities who took the first stage of the test. Mr. Pipin, as Head of the Widyatama Career Center Bureau, is very “skilled” in fostering cooperation with many large companies, especially with Bank Woori Saudara. A quality university is not only judged by the quality of its teaching and curriculum (KKNI). The quality and optimal contribution of its output (graduates) are also taken into account so that we can establish simultaneous cooperation based on “mutual symbiosis,” added Niko when met on the 4th floor of Building A.
