Depok, September 26th, 2025 – Universitas Widyatama continues to strengthen its academic quality by conducting a comparative study at the Facult of Law, University of Indonesia (UI). This visit focused on curriculum development and learning in the fields of Business Law and Technology, which are currently becoming one of the needs of modern legal world.
The Widyatama University delegation was led by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Dadang Suganda, accompanied by the Chair of the Widyatama Foundation, Sri Juniati, S.E., M.B.A., Secretary of the Widyatama Foundation, Rahmat Taufik, S.E., M.Ak., Ak., CA, Secretary of the University, Marisa Astuti, S.St., M.M., Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Dr. Soni A. Nulhaqim, S.Sos., M.Si., as well as Rendiyatna Ferdian, S.T., M.T. and Mayesha Andriana Yasmine, S.H., M.H. Their presence was welcomed directly by the Dean of FHUI, Dr. Parulian Paidi Aritonang, S.H., LL.M., MPP and Wenny Setiawati, S.H., M.L.I., along with the FHUI academic staff.

During the meeting, both parties discussed the importance of synergy between universities in responding to legal challenges in the digital era. Dr. Soni emphasized that Widyatama University uses FHUI as a reference in integrating technological aspects into business law education.
“Through this comparative study, we want to enrich our knowledge and adopt the best practices that have been implemented by FHUI to strengthen the curriculum at Universitas Widyatama,”.
Meanwhile, the Dean of FHUI expressed his appreciation for Widyatama University’s initiative. According to him, collaboration between universities is very important in order to deal with increasingly complex developments in law due to rapid technological advances.
The visit ended with an academic discussion with FHUI lecturers, including Zahrashafa Putri Mahardika, S.H., M.H. and Ayu Galuh Anggraini, S.H., M.Kn.. Both parties agreed to open up opportunities for collaboration, starting from joint research, faculty and student exchanges, to the development of other academic activities relevant to the needs of business and technology law.
