The proposed development programs include: curriculum reorientation, improvement of teaching and learning quality and lecturers, development of institutional facilities and infrastructure, and enhancement of cooperation with industry and secondary schools. One of the programs related to secondary schools is a scholarship program focused on underprivileged students living in rural areas. PHK-I is an effort by the Directorate General (Dirjen) of Higher Education to develop higher education in Indonesia in a sustainable manner. This program is expected to encourage each higher education institution to develop a future-oriented development plan by empowering each study program and its resources as the spearhead of institutional progress.
