Bandung, November 1, 2024 — The Widyatama Foundation held a coffee morning event attended by lecturers from the Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Visual Communication Design, and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Widyatama University. The event was attended by the Chair of the Widyatama Foundation, Sri Juniati, S.E., MBA. along with her staff, the Chair of the Widyatama Foundation Management, Roeshartono, S.T., MCEM., MBA along with his staff, as well as the Rector of Widyatama University, Prof. Dr. H. Dadang Suganda, M.Hum., Vice Rector for Academic & Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Reiza D. Dienaputra, M.Hum.,
Vice Rector for Human Resources, Finance, Planning, and Governance, Dr. R. Wedi Rusmawan Kusumah, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA., and the Deans of the three faculties.
This event aimed to strengthen the relationship between the foundation and the lecturers, as well as to provide a forum for discussion on academic development plans and strategies for improving the quality of education in the future. In his speech, the Chairman of the Widyatama Foundation expressed his commitment to continue supporting various faculty programs in order to achieve the grand vision of Widyatama University as a leading educational institution.
The Rector of Widyatama University also appreciated the initiative of the Widyatama Foundation in providing an open communication forum for lecturers. “This event is an opportunity for us to collectively develop strategic measures to improve the quality of education and teaching. With good synergy between the foundation, the university, and the faculty, I am confident that we can achieve the various academic and non-academic targets that have been set,” he said.
The lecturers also shared various ideas and suggestions related to curriculum development, teaching innovation, and strengthening collaboration between faculties. This event is expected to boost the enthusiasm and cooperation of all parties to continue innovating and making real contributions to the advancement of education at Widyatama University.
