Bandung (November 8, 2014), the Widyatama Foundation held a Coffee Morning event, which served as a gathering for the Foundation, Bureau Leaders, and Lecturers of Widyatama University. The first speech was delivered by the Chairman of the Widyatama Foundation, T. Ontowiryo A, S.E., M.B.A., who warmly welcomed and expressed his appreciation for the audience who attended the event.
In addition to networking, another agenda item for the event was the introduction of the Knowledge Management Center (KMC) team. The purpose of establishing the KMC includes assisting UTama’s human resources in linking business strategies to achieve the Foundation’s general policy direction as outlined in the RAPIM results with human resource strategies, etc. The Chairman of the Foundation also explained the structural existence of the KMC in the Widyatama University organization chart. The short-term output of the KMC team’s semi-workshop will be a Lecturer Handbook, a discussion of recruitment patterns, termination, etc.
The event, held on Saturday, November 8, 2014, coincided with the birthday of the Chairman of the Widyatama Foundation and Vice Rector for Planning, Development, and Cooperation, Sri Astuti Pratminingtyas, S.E., M.A.
