Widyatama University (UTama), one of the leading private universities in West Java and Banten, held a hybrid “Welcome Parents” event on Saturday, August 31, 2024. The event took place at the Multipurpose Building and via Zoom Meeting, attended by more than 1,800 parents of students.
UTama has confirmed its position among the top 10 best private universities in Bandung and West Java, as well as being one of the universities that has received EXCELLENT accreditation and recognition from UI Green Metric as the most sustainable campus in a green environment. UTama Rector, Prof. Dr. Dadang Suganda, M.Si., said that the purpose of this event was to convince prospective students’ parents to choose UTama as their place of education, emphasizing the importance of character development in addition to academic achievement.
