On Thursday (12/12), the Executive Board (DPN) of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI), after going through a series of processes, decided to award the “Lifetime Achievement Award” to figures who have continuously strived to develop the accounting profession in Indonesia. One of the recipients of this “Lifetime Achievement Award” was the late Prof. Dr. Koesbandijah, S.E., M.Si, Ak, founder of the Widyatama Foundation.

This Accountant Award was held for the first time to coincide with the 56th anniversary of the IAI. The award was received by a representative of the family of the late Mr. T. Ontowiryo, S.E., MBA, at the Surabaya Convention Center in the Basuki Rahmat area of Surabaya.
This award was given as a token of deep gratitude for the contributions and dedication to the IAI and the world of accounting in Indonesia. The IAI is a professional organization that represents accountants throughout Indonesia and is responsible for ensuring that its members maintain their competence, integrity, and credibility.
