Universitas Widyatama (UTama) was recently ranked 3rd among the best private universities in West Java by Webometrics.
Webometrics ranks both public and private universities based on four indicators, namely ‘presence’, ‘visibility’, ‘transparency’, and ‘excellence’.
Other achievements by UTama include: 55th place out of 4,682 public and private universities, according to Ristek Dikti; 48th place in the SIMKATMAWA program (student affairs); and 2nd place in the International Conference and Exposition on Inventions by Institutions of Higher Learning, Ministry of Education of Malaysia.
Six study programs have received international accreditation with a “Premium” or A rating from ASIC (Accreditation for International Schools, Colleges and Universities) in the UK. UTama has received the Presidential Award from the International Council for Small Business in the Research and Academician category. It has also received five MURI awards, one of which is for the Longest Online Job Fair, among other achievements.
