Bandung (January 21, 2015), the Faculty of Business and Management at Widyatama University welcomed a visit from Myongji University in Seoul, South Korea. The purpose of this visit was to explore cooperation in Exchanging Friendship activities. The delegation from Myongji University consisted of 15 students and 3 faculty members. The guests were welcomed by Mrs. Hj. Dyah Kusumastuti, Ph.D., Ir., M.Sc., Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management, Mrs. Siti Komariah, S.E., M.M., Head of the Management Program, Ms. Devy Mawarnie Puspitasari, SE., M.M. as Head of the Marketing Bureau, Mr. Ryan Kurniawan, S.E., M.M. as Head of the D3 Management Study Program, Mr. Arry Hutomo M.D.K.S.P., S.Si., M.T as Head of the Renbang Center and acted as the moderator who hosted the visit. This activity was covered by Bandung TV, represented by Mr. Meriza Hendri, S.IP., M.M., who is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Business & Management, Widyatama University.
The arrival of the group was warmly welcomed by the host, especially the Widyatama Rectorate, because in addition to the Exchange Friendship program, they were also able to learn about Korean culture. The student delegation from Myongji University performed a traditional Korean song.
This was the first visit of its kind, and the Rectorate hopes that there will be good cooperation between Widyatama University and Myongji University, especially in the academic world in the future.
