The Minister of Transportation, Freddy Numberi, is confirmed to attend the International Seminar on Business and Management entitled “Improving Business Competitiveness through Integrated Systems”, which will be held on Wednesday (April 27) at the Multipurpose Hall of Widyatama University. The seminar will continue until Thursday (April 28) and will be attended by 50 participants from both domestic and international backgrounds, representing 14 friendly countries, including Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, India, Iran, Bangladesh, and the Netherlands.
Cristiana Victoria Davidescu, Chairperson of the Seminar Organizing Committee, stated that this seminar represents a tangible contribution of higher education to the nation and the state through the constructive thinking of academics in building the country for the future. The seminar aims to explore, collect, and examine various ideas from the perspectives of academics around the world as an effort to address issues related to improving business competitiveness through the development of integrated systems, which ultimately leads to the realization of public welfare and national prosperity. This international seminar will be attended by academics, professionals, industry practitioners, and government representatives. Government participants will include representatives from the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of National Education, state-owned enterprise officials, as well as regional government officials from West Java Province. Professional and industry practitioners will be represented by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) and entrepreneurs from regional to international levels. The seminar has received 100 papers from around the world, of which 75 selected best papers will be presented, and it is expected that these contributions will help address the challenges of global business competitiveness.
