LPAP (Lembaga Pengembangan&Aplikasi Pengetahuan) is a unit of the Widyatama Foundation which organizes various skills training / courses to help students in support and improve thier knowledg, which will be used to start a business/job or continue their studies to a higher level.
The current work environment requires job seekers who are ready to work, have good ethics and skills, not just a diploma they received from college.
College graduates should no longer focus on seeking for jobs, but should start focusing on creating job or entrepreneurship.
LPAP tries to comprehend the knowledge of students and the community through trainings that will help them apply the knowledge they have gained, so that they can meet the demands of the workplace.
