On Tuesday (10/16), Widyatama University (UTama) collaborated with Intel Indonesia to hold an entrepreneur technology workshop entitled “Kelasborasi” Start your success. The speaker at the workshop was Dedy Dahlan. The entrepreneur and well-known author in Indonesia explained persuasive methods in entrepreneurship. “Entrepreneurship is not a requirement, but a calling that is tailored to our own passion. This gave rise to the theory of passionpreneur, which can be implemented in a sustainable manner,” he added to the audience at the Multipurpose Building. Intel, as a market leader in global technology, strongly supports entrepreneurs in this era of Industry 4.0. Intel has made many innovations to support entrepreneurship and the innovations developed by its practitioners.
The second speaker came from the Indonesian music industry, which is well-known in Indonesia: Kimokal. This electronic music band consists of Kallula as the vocalist and Kim as the synth electro and lead guitarist. Kimokal explained the development of the music industry in symbiosis with technology platforms. Not only in Indonesia, but the global music industry has also implemented technology in music. The technological revolution in the music world has been embraced by almost all musicians, such as Rich Brian, Ne-yo, and even Daft Punk, who also use technology as their musical instruments.
The event continued with a press conference attended by more than five national media outlets, as well as speakers from the workshop and officials from Intel Indonesia and the Rector of UTama. With this workshop, the organizers hope that there will be an equal distribution of technology that can be implemented in all fields, for the advancement of human resources in Indonesia.
