The Widyatama University Global Reunion (formerly Bandung Institute of Accounting – IAB and Bandung School of Economics – STIEB) will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2010, starting at 2 p.m. until finished in the Seminar Room on the 4th Floor of the Widyatama University Campus, Jalan Cikutra 204, Bandung.
The long journey of 38 years that this educational institution has traveled has certainly added color and dynamism to its alumni in continuing their unfinished work, tasks, and joint efforts. According to the Project Owner Directory Alumni – Global Reunion of Widyatama University, Hendy Rochendy (class of 1985), “After so long without meeting, we as alumni feel the need to reunite, exchange ideas and experiences, assess each other, and look at various possibilities where the spirit, solidarity, and synergy among alumni, alma mater, and other academic communities can be realized in an activity for the common good,” he said.
The 2010 Widyatama University (IAB, STIEB) Global Reunion is a celebration of the closeness and shared history experienced by alumni. The reunion, themed Campus Festival, will feature a variety of events to strengthen the bonds of friendship and brotherhood among alumni. These include a social hour, alumni declaration, music jam, photo session, campus tour, coffee break, and the launch of the alumni directory and website.
