Widyatama University Golf Team
Widyatama University once again made a name for itself in the Student League (LIMA) golf competition held at the Senayan National Golf Club (October 6, 2014). The Widyatama University students won almost all categories in this competition, including 2nd Place Individual Nett won by Nadya Rosiana, a student of the Faculty of Business Management S1 Class of 2012. Not only that, Nadya also won 1st Place Best Gross Day 3, defeating Riau University, her toughest competitor in the golf category.
Additionally, Widyatama University won the Best Management Team award. “This award reflects that we have a good team and management with high discipline. Whether during practice or in playing ethics, discipline is non-negotiable and is our image in representing and bringing honor to Widyatama University,” said one of the Widyatama University Golf Team crew members.
The competitions held for the Golf category included Individual Gross: Best Gross 1, Best Gross 2, Best Gross 3, Individual Nett: Best Nett 1, Best Nett 2, Best Nett 3, Team Gross: Best Team Gross 1, Best Team Gross 2, Best Team Gross 3, and Individual Award, which included Longest Drive, Nearest to the Pin, Best Management Team, and All-Academic Golfer.
With this success, we hope to inspire further achievements, both in academic and non-academic fields, to continue bringing honor to the name of Widyatama University on an even broader stage. Amen.
