Career Center as a Bridge for Student Careers

Community — One indicator of the success of an education system is the existence of a system used to measure the quality of the education’s output. Things that can be measured to determine the quality of graduates include competitiveness, user satisfaction with university graduates, the suitability of the skills used with the field studied, and many more.

Widyatama University is very concerned about this. This is evidenced by the separation of the placement office from the Marketing Bureau into a separate unit, namely the career center, so that it can focus more on handling this matter. The serious and professional management of the Widyatama University Career Center produces high-quality graduates. This is reflected in the activities carried out by the career center, including establishing cooperation with private and government companies to find out what is needed by the business and industry world (DUDI) as well as to bridge graduates in obtaining employment or entrepreneurship.

In addition to organizing corporate relations activities, we also hold regular job fairs that are open not only to Widyatama University graduates but also to the general public. At the career development section of the Widyatama University Career Center, all students and alumni can participate in training sessions organized by the center.
