This Beautiful Face is the Work of FDKV Widyatama Students

A great painting definitely needs good technique. Painting techniques also consist of several types based on the perspective of the review. The Faculty of Visual Communication Design (FDKV) Widyatama produces professional graphic designers to meet the needs of the creative industry. FDKV Widyatama is supervised by permanent lecturers who are alumni of FSRD ITB who have completed doctoral and master’s programs and are active as practitioners/professionals in the DKV industry. The management and facilities are excellent, including a dual system computer laboratory (Mac & PC), an editing & dubbing laboratory, a photography laboratory, a gallery, and even a campus TV station that is officially licensed to broadcast to the public.

“The Fine Arts study process was guided by Mr. Budiman, who was so enthusiastic and enjoyed working until 9 p.m. Manual skills give a graphic designer more value than those who are only good at computers because fine motor skills are trained and stimulate their creative abilities even more,” said Anne Nurfarina, Dean of the Faculty of Visual Communication Design.

The measure of success prioritized by FDKV Widyatama is how a student who comes with untrained skills transforms into a true Visual Communication Design (VCD) designer absorbed by the industry or capable of building their own industry, which may even materialize before the degree is conferred.
