On Friday (September 30), the Marketing Bureau of Widyatama University (UTama) held an Appreciation Gathering with an audience of BP/BK teachers from senior high schools and Islamic senior high schools throughout Bandung. The event, which was held in the Seminar Room on the 4th floor of the Rectorate Building, is an annual event held by the UTama Marketing Bureau.
The outcome of this gathering was to strengthen the long-standing relationship between UTama and secondary schools. In addition, the meeting also provided information about the UTama New Student Admissions for the 2017/2018 Academic Year, which will be communicated by the guidance counselors to their students in each school. Developments in education surrounding secondary schools and issues related to higher education can be discussed in an open forum, which is always eagerly awaited by guidance counselors, especially in the city of Bandung.
Also present were the Rector of Widyatama University, Dr. H. Islahuzzaman, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA. and the Secretary of the Widyatama Foundation Management Board, H. Marcus Kasirin, S.E., M.M. “This is a moment that must be commemorated and held every year. With this mediation, we have become what we are today. We have become better in line with one of the institution’s core values, namely continuous improvement,” added Mr. Islah in his speech.
