Reported by the National Daily Press (August 12th-13th), employment opportunities for people with disabilities are actually regulated in the explanation of Article 5 and clearly stated in Article 28 of Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower (Manpower Law). Article 28 states, “Employers must employ at least 1 (one) person with disabilities who meets the job requirements and qualifications at their company for every 100 (one hundred) workers in their company.” In reality, this is not the case in practice.
