SABACIREBON – After successfully holding a Executive Meeting at the Horison Pangandaran Hotel from Monday to Wednesday (October 31st to November 2nd), the Widyatama Foundation and University continued with another activity in the form of Character Building training with material on Talent Strategist Network (TSN).
The activity was attended by all structural leaders of the Widyatama Foundation and University on Friday, November 4, 2022, with the aim of strengthening efforts to implement the DJITU ++ values.
“Yesterday, we held a vision and mission workshop, and we agreed to bring UTama forward and make it even better. But that is not enough, so now we are holding this event to strengthen our efforts and refresh ourselves,” said the Chairman of the Widyatama Foundation, Roeshartono, in his speech at the event.
He added that this training activity was important because the structural leaders had contributed in their respective fields to the advancement of Widyatama.
Character building is a process or effort to nurture, improve, and/or shape the habits, character, psychological traits, morals (ethics), and human beings (society) so that they exhibit good behavior and conduct based on the values of Pancasila.
“This is a form of learning, and how much you can absorb from this activity depends on you all. We are serious, relaxed, and also have fun here,” he added.
This activity is an effort by Widyatama University (UTama) to strengthen the character and culture of the organization based on the noble values of the founders of UTama, namely: DJITU (Discipline, Honesty, Innovation, Diligence, Excellence).
