- Customer satisfaction, namely that of students as learners, is achieved through a transparent, efficient, and effective service system and continuous improvement of processes in all relevant areas of the university. The consistent and comprehensive implementation of clean and good governance in universities (transparency, continuous self-evaluation, and internal and external audits) will create institutions that are highly competitive and trustworthy. The implementation of a quality assurance system includes:
- The process of establishing and meeting standards for continuous quality improvement in higher education management, so that stakeholders (students, parents, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, industry/the world of work, and other interested parties) obtain customer satisfaction. The Rector’s explanation concluded with an engaging question-and-answer session, followed by the presentation of souvenirs to each party and a group photo session.
