Widyatama received another visit. This time, Petra Christian University Surabaya came to conduct a comparative study on Thursday (7/23) related to student business development and alumni absorption in the industrial world. During this visit, various matters were discussed regarding business development among students, which is currently being developed by Widyatama, marked by the establishment of the Business Centre Development, Widyatama’s Business Development Center, led by the coordinator of the International Office, Dr. Petrina Faustine. It was mentioned that less than 2% of Widyatama’s student population is interested in business, even though the potential that can be generated is quite promising, she concluded. Lisa Narwastu, head of the UK Petra career center and representative of the delegation, said that there is a need to guide students on what to do after graduation.
