As part of a series of activities commemorating the 2nd Lustrum and the 39th Anniversary of the Widyatama Foundation, on Tuesday (8/11) at 10:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time, the Cheap Book Fair, Business Community Development Expo, E-Journal Training, Blood Donation and Posyandu Social Activities were officially opened by the Rector, Dr. Mame S. Sutoko, Ir., DEA, with the striking of a gong.
As part of a series of activities commemorating the 2nd Lustrum and the 39th Anniversary of the Widyatama Foundation, on Tuesday (8/11) at 10:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time, the Cheap Book Fair, Business Community Development Expo, E-Journal Training, Blood Donation Social Activity, and Posyandu were officially opened by the Rector, Dr. Mame S. Sutoko, Ir., DEA, with the striking of a gong. In his speech, the Rector said that as an institution that has been established for 39 years, it is not a short time. Growth must continue to be pursued in order to move towards more advanced development, accompanied by the development and application of science as a form of contribution and service to the community.
Previously, Prof. Dr. Davidescu Cristiana, as the Executive Chair, explained in her speech that this event was one of a series of activities to commemorate the 2nd Lustrum and the 39th Anniversary of the Foundation, which would reach its peak on the night of the UTama Appreciation and People’s Market, to be held on Saturday (21/1) 2012. The National Seminar of the Faculty of Economics, Widyatama University, on March 27, 2012, will close the series of commemorative activities. The opening ceremony, attended by the foundation’s leadership and the university’s rectorate, was held in the GSG corridor, followed by a reception and the simultaneous implementation of the activities.
