The 2013 STUDENT ART PERFORMANCE will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at the Widyatama University Multipurpose Building (GSG). In this event, we must remember what we have forgotten, namely culture. Culture is something that has high value if it is preserved and maintained so that it is known to the general public. However, unfortunately, not all people realize this. Not many people are motivated to take pride in and promote their own culture. As a result, the existence of both old and new cultures is now increasingly threatened.

STUDENT ART PERFORMANCE 2013 was held on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at the Widyatama University Multipurpose Building (GSG). At this event, we must remember what we have forgotten, namely culture. Culture is something that has high commercial value if it is preserved and maintained so that it is known to the general public. Unfortunately, not all people realize this. Not many people are motivated to take pride in and promote their own culture. As a result, the existence of both old and new cultures is now increasingly threatened.
This is the background behind the creation of the 2013 Plasma event. With the spirit of preserving several forms of culture that have high selling value if they are preserved and socialized to the general public. In addition, we also have high hopes of forming bonds of friendship among Widyatama students and students from several related universities through the implementation of this activity.
Therefore, it is only fitting that every culture that exists and develops in Indonesia be given a platform as a means to introduce Indonesian culture to the eyes of the Indonesian people. This is one of our efforts to become a great nation by promoting and preserving our own culture.
