In principle, the Widyatama University Employee Class strives to assist prospective students in paying their tuition fees proportionally according to their individual financial capabilities. All tuition fees can be paid in installments according to the student’s ability. B. BACHELOR’S DEGREE (S1) and DIPLOMA 4 (D4) Programs Tuition fees can be paid monthly at Rp. 980,000 per month, which includes everything (installments for the initial fee and semester tuition) with the following details: 1. Development Fee: IDR 9,900,000. This development fee can be paid in up to 36 installments over 36 months. The minimum first payment is IDR 1,500,000. If paid in full, a discount of IDR 500,000 will be given. 2. Tuition Fee per Semester: IDR 4,500,000. The tuition fee includes 18 credits (IDR 250,000/credit), exam fees, and practicum fees. The tuition fee can be paid in 6 installments within one semester (6 months). If paid in full, a discount of IDR 150,000 will be given.
Class Schedule
1. D4 and S1 PROGRAMS: Class schedule is as follows: a. For high school/vocational school/equivalent graduates:
- Monday-Friday, 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. or
- SATURDAY: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM WIB
b. For D3/Poltek/Academy/equivalent graduates: Class schedule:
- Monday-Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM WIB or
- SATURDAY: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM WIB
Each session is accompanied by breaks for prayer, meals, and relaxation.
2. POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM (S2) Class times can be chosen:
- MONDAY – THURSDAY: 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM WIB or
- SATURDAY: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM WIB

Note: If necessary, the above schedule may be changed by agreement between students, lecturers, and administrators
Student Requirements
A. UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM (S1)
a. High school/vocational school graduates or equivalent
- Study period: 8 semesters
- Study load (number of credits to be taken): 144 credits
b. D3/Polytechnic/Academy graduates or equivalent:
- Study period: 4 semesters
- Study load (number of credits to be taken): 72 credits
B. POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM (Master’s Degree)
- Study period: 4 semesters (2 years)
- Study load (number of credits to be taken): 38-48 credits
Student Requirements:
- Master of Management: Bachelor’s degree graduates from all fields of study
- Master of Accounting: Bachelor’s degree graduates in Accounting or Bachelor’s degree graduates in other fields of study who have 3 years of work experience in finance
- Transfer students from other universities may be accepted into MM Widyatama in accordance with applicable regulations.
C. PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING EDUCATION (PPAK)
Study Period: 2 Semesters (1 Year)
Student Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Passed the selection test.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE – Pay the registration fee – Fill out the Registration Form – Fill out the Installment Payment Schedule Form for Education Costs – One 6000-rupiah stamp – One photocopy of your ID card – One 3×4 color photo – Submit registration documents:For high school/vocational school/equivalent graduates: – 2 copies of high school/vocational school/equivalent diploma with legalization – 2 copies of transcript with legalization For bachelor’s degree (S1) and D-3/polytechnic/equivalent graduates: – 2 copies of a certified Bachelor’s degree (S1) or D-III/Polytechnic/Academy diploma – 2 copies of a certified transcript Note: If the diploma and transcript have not been certified, the original diploma and transcript can be presented at the time of registration.

- Minimum First Payment: Rp. 1,500,000
- If paid in full, a discount of IDR 500,000 will be given.
2. Tuition Fee per Semester: IDR 5,500,000
- Tuition fees can be paid in 6 installments per semester (6 months).
- If paid in full, a discount of IDR 150,000 will be given.
D. MASTER OF ACCOUNTING (MAKSI)
Tuition fees can be paid monthly at Rp. 1,220,000 per month, which includes everything as detailed below:
1. Development Fee: Rp. 9,900,000
- This Development Fee can be paid in up to 24 installments over 24 months.
- Minimum first payment: IDR 1,500,000
- If paid in full, a discount of IDR 500,000 will be given.
2. Tuition per semester: IDR 5,225,000
Tuition can be paid in 6 installments per semester
(6 months)If paid in full, a discount of IDR 150,000 will be given.
F. PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING EDUCATION (PPAk)
Tuition fees can be paid monthly at Rp. 1,135,000 per month, which includes everything as detailed below:
1. Development Fee: Rp. 6,000,000
- This Development Fee can be paid in up to 12 installments over 12 months
- Minimum First Payment: Rp. 1,500,000
- If paid in full, a discount of IDR 350,000 will be given.
2. Tuition Fee per Semester: IDR 4,600,000.Tuition fees can be paid in 6 installments within one semester (6 months).If paid in full, a discount of IDR 150,000 will be given.
