Bandung, (November 29, 2014) The Faculty of Business Management held an event themed “TLC,” Talkshow Entertain Charity. This event was a work program of SEMA Faculty of Business and Management under the Kesmapengmas department.
The event included a talk show, entertainment, and charity. The organizers invited the owner of Jigoku Ramen and the owner of Cosmic Cloth to turn the talk show on major selection into an entrepreneur talk show, along with four lecturers from Widyatama University, according to their areas of expertise.
The excitement increased with the invitation of Sarasvati and the Internal Band, which made the TLC event not only a talk show but also an entertainment event. This was an innovation, because the committee packaged an event that was predicted to be difficult into a unique presentation, the best work of SEMA Faculty of Business and Management.
An interesting response came from Mrs. Kartini, a blind woman who successfully obtained a bachelor’s degree. Accompanied by her friends Aceng and Syifa, she shared her thoughts on the event: “This event was excellent. Not only did the students learn about the concentrations they will pursue, but they also received the best hospitality from the friendly organizing committee.”
In terms of charity, the organizing committee donated the proceeds from the tickets, which sold out, to the foundation for the blind where Mrs. Kartini, Syifa, and Aceng are members.
