In supporting economic progress, Indonesia must create a high-quality society that aims to uphold the welfare of the country. This can be achieved in various ways, starting with enhancing SME creation programs for all students in Indonesia, especially those in the fields of business and management, as a means of developing the creativity of the Indonesian people and improving the quality of students through programs created on their own campuses.
The National Seminar for Business and Management Students (SNMBM) is a seminar activity aimed at creating competitive and high-quality students in accordance with the concentration of each student in the Faculty of Business and Management, namely Financial Management, Operational Management, Marketing Management, and Human Resource Management. This activity is an annual event, and 2017 marks the second time it has been held. Irna Mutiara, as a member of the Advisory Board of IPEMI (Indonesian Muslim Women Entrepreneurs Association), acted as a speaker to share her knowledge and experience with the seminar participants.
